posted Feb 2, 2017, 11:25 AM by Dianne Georgantas
Good Afternoon,

One of the highlights of the academic year is recognizing educators for their excellence and dedication via the Pioneer Valley Excellence in Teaching Award program sponsored by the Grinspoon Foundation.

The program allows us to celebrate and recognize the talents and commitment of a few special educators.

Please join me in congratulating the following individuals who were chosen by their teaching peers and the administrative team as recipients of Pioneer Valley Excellence in Teaching Award:

  • Meredith Laughlin - Math Teacher and Dept Chair at Longmeadow High School
  • Corrina Tabin - Grade 6 Glenbrook Middle School
  • Pamela Novak - Science at Glenbrook Middle School
  • William Griffin - Art at Glenbrook Middle School
Mr. Griffin was selected from the category set aside for outstanding new teachers with less than 3 years experience.

Congratulations to all who were nominated or chosen for this special award!
